Adult Education...

For Spring 2008, the Adult Education Ministry will be offering the following three classes:

ABS Flex Series
Description: Beginning January 30th, Jim Nicholson will teach on Growing Through Trial.  February 6th-20th, Jeff Wakefield will be teaching a three week study on Proverbs.  Next, Dave Bream will focus on Prayer and Fasting February 27th-March 12th.  Pete Chiofalo will follow the study of Prayer and Fasting with a two week study on Biblical Generosity March 26th and April 2nd.  April 9th-16th will be taught by Allen Meredith and will be a study on The Whole Armor of God.  Jim Nicholson will end the series with a three week study on the Backdrop on Paul's

Epistles.  The series will complete the week of May 7th.

Foundations Class
Description: Pulling the best parts of the info-packed Foundation Classes and condensing them into this 9-week key-knowledge-and-idea-class, this course is sure to be an eye-opener for all levels of the Christian believer. Developed as part of the HCC Leadership Development Curriculum, this class is offered not only to church leaders, but also to anyone who is interested in increasing their overall Bible knowledge. You will be stimulated, challenged, encouraged, and spiritually reinforced all at the same time – what could be better?!

Kingdom Living
Description: Imagine sitting on the hillside, listening to the teacher called Jesus. The words he speaks are telling of a kingdom, and how to live in that kingdom. As we read those words now, we know those words are the words of a King, and that Christ the King is teaching us what kingdom living is like. If you know Christ, you are already a member of that kingdom. It’s not just for the future – it’s now! Learn to grasp all that Christ wants us to know right here today about the joys of living in His kingdom taught in an uplifting and insightful way.
