Welcome to Hillside Community Church - Keller, TX

What To Expect...

Hillside offers three services every weekend on Saturday nights at 5:00pm and Sunday mornings at 9:30am & 11:15am. Get Directions

If you had to describe Hillside in one word, it would be “normal”. We are normal people with normal issues but we believe that Jesus is the answer to getting through the issues of life. We have a passion to help people discover who Jesus really is and then together become just like Him….and we believe in doing that in God’s timing. We try to make Hillside a safe place to check out spiritual matters. At our weekend services we try to create an atmosphere where you can investigate who Jesus is and God’s plan for your life. If you are already a believer, we want you to be challenged in your own daily walk with God but also feel comfortable inviting a lost person to the service. We use great music, culturally relevant messages, friendly people and a creative atmosphere to accomplish that purpose. And we know that your first time at a church, any church, brings up some questions. How do I get there… what should I wear… what’s available for my kids… what should I expect in church?

Here is a quick look at what you can expect each week at Hillside Community Church:

How do I get there?
Hillside is located at 9915 Ray White Road in Keller, TX, which is ½ mile north of Central High School. Get Directions

What should I wear?
We’re more concerned that you dress comfortably at our services. Most people will dress in casual weekend attire, so dress how you feel comfortable and you’ll fit right in. The Saturday night service attire is even a little more casual with many people wearing jeans and shorts.

Where should I park?
You can enter our campus off Ray White Road on the south side of the campus. If it is raining or you need special assistance you can enter in the middle of the campus and use our overhang to drop people off before you find a parking spots. Parking spots are located on the north, south, and the back of the campus. Hillside has a top-notch parking team that will guide you from the moment you turn onto your campus.  You may enter the facility at the front or on the two back doors on the north or south side. For our first-time guests with children, you may want to enter the front doors because we have a special first time guest registration table in the front foyer for your children. Click here for map of the campus.

What’s available for my kids?
We have an excellent kid’s experience and our goal is that your kids will “love it, learn it, and live it”. The children’s ministry is divided into three sections, Kingdom Kids for new babies up to Kindergarten, The Zone for Kindergarten through 3rd grade, and Zone 456 for kids in 4th through 6th grade. Click here for a map of the campus to see where each of the kids’ sections are located. Registration areas are at the front of each of these sections but if you are a first time guest with children, we have a special first time guest registration table in the front foyer to facilitate getting information about your children and getting them signed in quickly. For 7th & 8th graders, we have Junior High during the 5:45PM service on Saturday nights. Junior High is held in the Youth Building. Other than the 5:45PM Saturday night service, all Junior High and Senior High students participate in the service in the main auditorium. Senior High is on Wednesday night at 7PM and held in the main sanctuary. As soon as you enter any of our doors into our main building, greeters will be available to assist you in finding everything you need for a great experience.

What should I expect in church?
• From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you'll be made to feel at home. Our greeting team will help you find anything you need, including any information you would like about Hillside. After checking in your kids at the front lobby, proceed to the auditorium where our ushers will provide you with a bulletin for the service. In this bulletin is a “visitor form” which you can fill out during the service. This is our way to communicate with you. We will never single you out during the service. This card is our way of getting to know you better. You can complete as much information as you feel comfortable and turn it in when the offering plates are passed at the end of the service. We hope you do not feel obligated to put anything in the offering plate but the visitor form.
Enjoy the Hillside experience. We hope it will become the best hour and fifteen minutes of your week. We hope you will participate with us in authentic worship led by our contemporary band, enjoy the use of the arts in the service (drama and video), and be challenged by a relevant, Biblical talk from our pastor, Pete Chiofalo.
After the service our Pastoral Staff and other Church leaders are available at the front of the auditorium to meet with you. If you are first time guest, we would love to meet you and answer any questions you might have about Hillside. In our foyer, you can find information about all the ministries of Hillside, previous talks on CD, and other resources.
