If you're a first time visitor, we'd love to help make your first time on campus as informed and easy as possible. Follow this link to let us know you'll be coming on Sunday and one of our staff members will reach out to you!
Hey there! We’re so excited to be back together again on campus. If you’re unable or unwilling to return right away, you can still be a part of services on our Facebook and YouTube pages.
No matter if you’ve been coming to Hillside for 25 years, or this is your first time ever, things are a bit different on campus, but our staff and volunteer team are ready to welcome you and help you navigate the space well.
If you are attending in the sanctuary then registration is not required.
Registration is required for children in the children's ministry - you can rsvp for the service they'll be attending at the links below.
Reservations are required so that we can insure our space is set up well for adhering to social-distancing guidelines.
Even though churches are able to be at 100% capacity, churches are still required to provide seating arrangements with 2 chairs in between families/parties, and seat every other row.
So, here’s what you can expect when attending Hillside in the summer of 2020
Service Times + Door Open Times
9:15 Service - Exterior Doors Open at 9
The easiest way to enter the parking lot is through the North entrance. The South entrance is still accessible, but is currently a dead-end due to construction.
As you make your way up the north side of campus, our parking lot team will help guide you to the best and closest spot.
If you’re visiting, we have spots reserved just for you directly across from the main doors. They are marked with orange stripes and signs.
Entering the Main Building
The main entrance doors are the only doors that are accessible for entering and exiting the building.
There are three sets of doors that are part of the main entrance.
The left set of doors is part of our health screening process for the staff and volunteers.
The right set of doors is for you! As you approach the doors there will be six-foot markers to help with social distance guidelines.
Getting Seated / Child Check-In
If you don’t have a child to check in then you can head to the main sanctuary and our Welcome Team will guide you to a set of chairs according to your family/party size.
The sanctuary will be seated front to back to help us accommodate for the greatest amount of people possible.
If you’re a family with children registered for our children’s ministry you will head to the left and follow the signs to check your child in. Only one parent may take the child to check in and the same parent has to check the child out.
After you’ve checked your child in, we recommend sitting on the left side of the sanctuary.
Dismissal From Service
Parents that dropped off their children will be dismissed first. There are markers leading from the children’s check-in area to form a line.
After parents are dismissed to go pick up their children the rest of the sanctuary will be dismissed row by row.
Visitors, Care, and Prayer
If you’re a visitor and would like to connect with one of our staff, head to our Connect area after service.
Our staff and prayer team will also be available in the Connect area for care and prayer.
Masks + Health Screening
In accordance with the new mask requirements set forth by Tarrant County beginning Friday, June 26 and expiring August 3rd, all staff, volunteers, and attendees 10 years old and older will be required to wear masks while in the buildings on Hillside's campus. If you've registered for this Sunday and this impacts your decision, please reach out to us at email@example.com
Staff, volunteers and children are required to be temperature screened as part of our Sunday services.
If you are an adult or child attending in the main sanctuary you do not have to go through the temperature screening process.
An area will be provided for those 65 & older and/or have underlying health conditions. Please notify an usher upon arrival in the sanctuary.
We’re so excited to see each and every one of you! If you have any questions that we can answer before you arrive, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
