At Hillside, everything we do is centered around our mission of helping people discover who Jesus really is, and live with, like, and for Him, now and forever. Every weekend, our sanctuary becomes a place where that mission comes alive through worship, teaching, and community. But for everyone to truly connect with what’s happening in the room, the environment matters.
This is why we are introducing the resound campaign. We are taking steps forward to create a space where every voice is heard, every word is understood, and every person can participate in worshipping Him without distractions.
Why Now?
Our current equipment has been holding on since we purchased it back in 2008, but as technology continues to advance and grow, and as our system gets older and older, the need for an update is becoming more unavoidable. With each Sunday coming, there is an increasing possibility of unexpected technical failures that would effect the service. Whether it's a first time guest or a long time partner, we want everyone who joins us for a Sunday to feel fully connected to the service without distraction.
What's Coming?
The first two phases of this project focuses on two essential upgrades in our room:
- Phase One: New acoustic wall treatment to control the sound properties within our room
- Phase Two: A new PA system that will deliver high quality and consistent sound to every seat
To start, we are prayerfully raising $1.25 million for this. These upgrades will lay a new foundation for future improvements and upgrades that will come.
