What's Going On?

Read 1 Timothy 3:1-7. With the emphasis placed on Elders managing their own lives and households, how important do you think it is that we all lead our own lives and families well before trying to lead others?

Staff and Volunteers. Consider how much it takes to pull off all that happens in our church community. Take a moment to thank God as a group and pray for our leadership and volunteers. Then discuss, how might God be leading you to step further into servant leadership in this season? What kind of equipping would you need to get there?

Giving and Generosity. Read 2 Corinthians 9:7. Everyone has their own next step when it comes to generosity, whether you need to Begin, Be Consistent, or Be Sacrificial. Which of those steps might God be leading you to take in this season?

The local church is God’s headquarters for his activity in the world. How do we keep what we do together as a church focused on the impact we’re making in the world through our everyday, ordinary lives?
